Winner responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, license fees and optional equipment ordered by winner in addition to Base Option Package offered. Standard and Base Option Package equipment available upon request.

Dealer, Bill Nelson Chevrolet Inc. has the option of delivering said vehicle out of dealers stock or placing a Factory Order through Chevrolet Motor Division of General Motors Corporation. Dealer not responsible for delays in the manufacturing and delivery of said vehicle to winner. Winner has option of receiving a credit of $20,000 to be used toward the purchase of any New and Unused Chevrolet vehicle available through Bill Nelson Chevrolet, lnc. or to receive $20,000 cash in lieu of the Malibu being offered. If a minimum of 1,000 raffle tickets are not sold, the car will not be available as a prize. The winner will receive half of the proceeds and the remaining half will go to the Church of St. John the Baptist.

Winner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Bill Nelson Chevrolet, Inc.; the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland, a corporation sole; the Roman Catholic Welfare Corporation of Oakland and their officers; and the Church of St. John the Baptist; harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of any act, failure to act, or service provided by Bill Nelson Chevrolet, Inc., or the Church of St. John the Baptist; it's employees, agents or representatives.
